Moss & Grace Wellness

At Moss & Grace Wellness, we take great care in preparing our Sea Moss Gels and Elderberry Syrups in small batches to ensure quality, freshness, and safety. Because our products are consumable and perishable, please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, Sea Moss Gels and Elderberry Syrups cannot be returned once delivered.

This policy helps us maintain strict health and safety standards and ensures the integrity of every product we provide.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package so we can make it right.

To process a replacement request, please email us at mossgracewellness@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

  • A photo of the packaging and shipping box

Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Requests submitted without photos may not be eligible for replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Perishable food products (Sea Moss Gel, Elderberry Syrup, and similar consumables)

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us prior to purchasing.

Exchanges

Because our products are perishable, we do not offer traditional exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order due to damage or error, we will work with you to replace the affected item when possible.

Refunds

Refunds are not typically issued for consumable products.

Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • The item was damaged during shipping

  • The wrong product was sent

  • The item arrived defective

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Shipping Responsibility

Moss & Grace Wellness is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier
